Organizations that would like to purchase books from us in bulk may be eligible for a discount. Books may be discounted up to 20% off their retail price if purchased in bulk. Books must be readily available and distributed through normal channels. Organizations should create an account on our website, then place an order. By selecting pay at the store, pick up at store, no payment is due upon submission. You can add notes or questions in the comments and a representative from the bookstore will be in touch with you within 48 hours. Discounts, etc. will not be discussed over the phone or in person until after the website order is created and we have time to review the request.
Do you have an idea for an event that you would like to host at our bookshop? We have a very special place, with lots of quirks, and some programs fit well, others, well, not so much! We are unable to meet with persons about potential events, partnerships, ideas, etc. without an appointment. Appointments are made after the initial inquiry form is submitted and the bookstore staff reviews the application.
Programs will be evaluated based on several factors, including, but not limited to the use of space, value to the community, cost, insurance, schedule, ease of hosting, and connection to our mission. Examples include School Field Trips, Small Group meetings, Multi-business meetings, Informational sessions, and Non-author book discussions (outside of our regular book groups that use our space).
Priority is given to members of the Let’s Play Books Community.
