Lehigh Valley Book Festival Juried  Exhibitor Information 

The Inaugural Lehigh Valley Book Festival will be held at the Bethlehem Area Public Library on Saturday, March 28. There are a limited number of tables available for independently published authors, artists, or area non-profit organizations that connect to education and/or literacy to exhibit to the public during this community-wide event. In addition to your opportunity to interact with festival attendees, each exhibitor will receive: 

  • Organizational listing in the LV Book Fest Program (printed). 

  • Organizational listing on the LV Book Fest website. 

  • Social media - Facebook/Twitter & Instagram (group posts).

  • Inclusion in the Story Stroll. (Families will be encouraged to walk the circle to meet each table. If they get a stamp from each of the vendors in their Book Fest passport, they’ll be entered to win a prize.) 




 Exhibitor Fee:  $75.00         Application Deadline: 

  • Current Let’s Play Books Consignment author - $50.00    

  • Non-profit organization - $25.00

Exhibitors must have their own insurance coverage and have a PA Tax resale license if selling items at the event. Exhibitors are provided 1x 6’ table and 2 chairs. Note - no power is available. 

Exhibitors will be placed in the order their applications are received (assuming approved). Tables will surround the entire building. 

To apply and reserve a space, complete the Exhibitor Registration Application. Upon acceptance, an invoice will be sent.
