Lehigh Valley Book Festival's Independent Authors & Small Press Expo Registration
The exhibit room will be on the second floor of the Bethlehem Area Public Library, from 1 - 4 pm, on Saturday, 3/25. There will be concurrent sessions during this time, as well as dedicated times to visit the expo. A maximum of 16 tables are available. Registration is open through Feb. 15 or when tables are full, whichever comes first.
Exhibitors must be set and ready for visitors 30 minutes prior to the opening of the exhibit room, no later than 12:30 pm. Registrants may not break down until 3:45 pm. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to set up at 9 am if they would like to attend the opening & keynote sessions.

- Ensure you are comfortable with all rules, times, etc.
- Payment is required to complete the registration (through PayPal/all major CC will be accepted).
- An auto-generated email will be sent confirming payment - keep this email.
- After you have registered, complete the Vendor Detail Form (link below).
- Use the same email address to register that you will use to fill out the Vendor Detail Form.

- Please do not contact the Bookstore or the Library with questions, booksellers & librarians will not be able to assist you.
- Review the types of exhibitor options - you will not be able to modify your selection later.
- If you have never purchased online with Let's Play Books Bookstore you will have to fill out your information on this website in order to complete payment. This only has to be done once, save your email and password.
There are four registration categories, please review them prior to purchase. Each vendor will receive one 6' table with 2 chairs. Space behind the table for signage, etc. The largest option (#4) includes two 6' tables.
Individual authors*: $75.00 - $150.00
1) Author/Illustrator Shared table: Single Author/One or Two Books, SHARED table: $75.00 - SOLD OUT
2) Author/Illustrator table: Author/One Book, Single Author/Multiple Books (up to five), Multiple Authors of the same book (up to two)/Multiple Titles (up to five): $150.00
*If you consign with Let's Play Books Bookstore, $25 will be returned to you after the event (via Paypal). Must be a consignor prior to 2/1/23.
Companies/Presses: $300.00 - $500.00
3) Independent Press (5): An individual representing a press, up to 2 additional people (authors or representatives), and up to five titles: $300.00 * Includes 2 tickets to the Friday evening opening reception.
4) Independent Press (20): Up to three individuals representing a press, and up to five authors with up to twenty titles: $500.00 (includes 2x 6' tables) * Includes 4 tickets to the Friday evening opening reception.
Prior to registering, I understand the following:
- Prior to 3/1, you may cancel and all but a $25 administrative fee will be returned.
- After 3/1, there are no refunds.
- If you are selling books at your table, it is expected you have the proper license to do so, collect proper sales tax, give permission for photos, and will sign a waiver to hold the library harmless.
